NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC sold 100% stake in KazEng Electronics LLP for KZT 1,300,400 thousand.

The guarantee fee for participation in the electronic auction held at the site www.gosreestr.kz amounted to KZT 72,150,000.

The main activities of KazEng Electronics LLP are research and development in the field of radio electronics and communications, production and modernization of special-purpose equipment, production of personal computers, component materials for office equipment. In accordance with the Sale and Purchase Agreement, the new owner agrees to maintain the profile of the company and staffing within 24 calendar months from the date of acquisition of the asset.

 It should be noted that Samruk-Kazyna JSC implements 215 assets in a competitive environment under the Comprehensive Privatisation Plan for 2016-2020.
