2. "East Kazakhstan regional energy company" JSC - 710,750 common and 45,865 preferred shares.
3. "Shygysenergotrey" LLP - 100%.
4. “Euro-Asia Air "Airline JSC - 100%
5. "Bas-Balkhash 2004" LLP - 100%
6. "Center of transport services" JSC - 100%
7. "ATB +" LLP - 100%
8. "Ak Beren" LLP - 100%
9. "Kazenergoprovod" LLP - 49%
10. "MBM-Kirovets" LLP - 49% 
11. "IPE "Astra" LLP - 50%
12. "Emergency Vehicle-Astana" LLP - 35%
13. "Kaz-ST Engineering Bastau" LLP - 49% 

In 2015, it is planned to sell about 22 assets of the Group of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC. As known, the implementation of the Programme aims to reduce state involvement in the economy and strengthen its bases by the increase of share of the private sector.
