On April 14-15, 2016 Astana hosts top event in the world of HR-professionals –the XI International conference on human resources management. Under the auspices of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC and Corporate University “Samruk-Kazyna” the conference became annual dialogue platform to discuss current labor market trends and consider prospect development ways of the personnel policy.
Over 200 people took part in the conference, including heads of the largest Kazakhstani national companies, specialist of HR department of private companies, international experts.
First time in Kazakhstan a worldwide known consultant, trainer and motivational speaker Fons Trompenaars gave a key note speech for HR specialists. He is one of the leading world experts on culture and changes, as well as author of many books which will be presented to the representatives of the conference.
Key topics of the sessions – changes of the corporate culture, the implementation of best of effective hr practices, transition to a new HR organizational model within the Transformation Program of «Samruk-Kazyna» group of companies.
It should be noted that the reorganization of the Fund's HR model - one of the priority initiatives, which deals with the changes of organizational culture in accordance with the strategic objectives of the holding. Human resource management of the Fund’s group provides such initiatives as the development of leadership potential of top managers, a culture of active learning and self-development, mentoring. It is also planned to establish an Expertise Center in key HR areas (recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee development, talent management, corporate culture) and the Integrated Holding Service Center.
In 2015, the Fund’s companies introduced job evaluation approach based on the grade. Position evaluation of 13 corporate centers of the fund companies were conducted, including 84 top managers posts and more than 1500 line managers and specialists. The grading project lays the groundwork for the introduction of a fair system of remuneration of labor according to objective criteria - knowledge and skills, the complexity of tasks and level of responsibility.
In addition to the main sessions the following activities are organized: work in the business laboratories; master class from a special guest - Director General of “Hay Group” in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and the Baltic countries Sylvia De Voge; talk show with special guests; presentation of the book «Sdelay sebya sam» (Realize yourself) and autograph session of famous Russian and Kazakh businessman, founder of International holding “Arman Holding” Serikbay Bisekeyev, contest “Rally. Changing.»
