The parties discussed prospects for further cooperation in the energy sector, as well as the current status of the joint project for the construction of a 1 GW wind farm in Pavlodar region.

At the meeting, Samruk-Energy and CPIH also signed a shareholder agreement on the wind farm project, which was the next step in the project implementation.

In addition, the Head of Samruk-Kazyna invited Mr. Mingshengto the meeting of the Kazakh-Chinese Business Council, which is scheduled to take place within the SCO in early September.
