This instruction was given today by the Head of Samruk-Kazyna JSC to the CEOs of portfolio companies.
Almassadam Satkaliyev noted that a lot of work is done to train domestic personnel. The strategic orientation of the Corporate University (SKUC) has been revised in terms of implementation of modular training programs in priority areas and creation of a single center for the management of professional competencies.
The replacement of foreign specialists by Kazakhstani employees should be carried out, first of all, in the management of companies, in the presence of qualified domestic specialists.
