Dear citizens 
and representatives of non-profit organizations,

The Working Group on the formation of the Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna JSC (from now on - the Fund), in compliance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils" and the Regulations on the Public Council (approved by Decree of the Government of November 22, 2021, No.828), announces a competitive selection of candidates for members of the Public Council of the Fund.

The competition period is ten working days after the date of publication of the announcement.

The quantitative composition of the Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna JSC: 10 people, including three representatives of the Fund, seven representatives from civil society.   

Citizens, representatives of non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the competition within ten working days from the date of the announcement, submit the following documents:

a written proposal of a non-profit organization and (or) a citizen's application for candidacy to the Public Council of the Fund;
information about the professional and (or) social activities of the candidate with the indication of autobiographical data;
certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record;
certificate on absence of information about committing a corruption offense of the State Institution "Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts" of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
certificate on the presence or absence of mental, behavioral disorders (diseases), including those related to the use of psychoactive substances;
a copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
a candidate's resume;
Copies of notarized documents on education and academic degrees, licenses and/or patents, certificates (if available).

A candidate for the members of the Public Council of the Fund may be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has reached the age of eighteen years and meets the requirements provided for in item 1 of Article 10 of the Law, as well as the following criteria:

work experience – at least 10 (ten) years, including at least 5 (five) years in senior positions;  
higher education and (or) availability of international certificates in the areas and branches of the Fund and (or) national companies of the Fund; 
work experience in the areas and branches of the Fund and (or) national companies of the Fund, as well as in the field of interaction with government agencies; 
The absence of a direct or potential conflict of interests (a contradiction between the personal interests of the candidate and the powers of a member of the Public Council of the Fund, in which the private interests of these persons may lead to non-performance and (or) improper performance of their powers) in case of election to the Public Council of the Fund). In this regard, please fill out the following questionnaire. 
Only one representative can be elected to the Public Council of the Fund from one legal entity, a non-profit organization.
The same person may be elected as a member of the Public Council of the Fund no more than 2 (two) times in a row.
