The Board reviewed the changes in chairmanship of Kazpost JSC. 

Kazpost JSC Chief Executive Officer Alpysbayev K. resigned from his role effective August 27, 2021. The Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna has appointed Serik Saudabayev as acting CEO effective September 1, 2021. 

Serik Saudabayev was born in 1977, he has graduated economics and law.

Since June 2010 until now, he headed the Branch Directorate of Samruk-Kazyna JSC. Mr. Saudabayev controlled assets such as Kazakhtelecom and Kazpost. 

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Kazpost between 2010 and 2014, and from 2016 until now.

Serik Saudabayev also represents shareholder on the Board of Directors of “Kazakhtelecom” JSC and “Kcell” JSC, he is a member of Supervisory Board of the QazCloud.
