In the amount of KZT500 mln, the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies sold a 30% stake in the authorized capital of Continental Logistics LLP (CL). Funds from the sale of assets under the privatization program will be distributed based on the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the Fund of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

By direct address sale, Odyssey Investments Group LLP (one of the CL members) acquired a 30% stake in KTZ Express JSC in the authorized capital of CL. 

At the moment, the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2016-2020, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1141 of 12/30/15, has been completed by 84%: implemented - 88, reorganized - 11 and liquidated - 42. Currently, 8 are participating in the withdrawal process. large assets and 19 small assets of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
