Astana hosted XII International Conference on Human Resource Management "HR Focus: Culture, Digital World and Risks" on April 20-21, 2017.

About 300 participants among them the heads and leading HR specialists of Kazakhstan attended the event.

A special attention was paid to the foreign experience in personnel training, best practices and cases of corporate culture, digital transformation and staff readiness for changes.

As a part of the conference thematic business-laboratories in the form of discussions were conducted. Among the speakers and moderators were HR professionals, experts, representatives of BI group, Air Astana, Qazaq Air, Sberbank, Norilsk Nickel and others.
