I was born in Karkaralinsk of Karaganda region. I studied at the university in Karaganda. My most recent educational experience is Master’s program in Information Technology Management in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Studying there was rather easy for me. I thought: “Well, here I am, abroad. Probably it’s all going to be the same here.” But then, I encountered difficulties that made me realise – I can’t advance my accumulated knowledge resources further. At that time, one of the professors advised me the following: “People may be gifted, but you must constantly demonstrate your diligence. You, for instance. I haven’t seen you spending 12 hours working in libraries that open from 6 am to 6 pm. See, that is the cornerstone of everything. You should begin there.”


 At that moment, I felt like a light bulb turned on inside me. At that moment I realised that I need to change. I spend all my time at the library from its opening until closing. And then I set a goal – I will be reading books only in English language. Reading books are not quite helpful in professional aspect, but they provide me with ideas. And these ideas are accepted by my management. At the moment, I have about two or three accepted ideas. Currently, we are just implementing them. As soon as I started working here I saw that this is not some kind of ministry, it is a team of people that steadily making changes. And they started these changes with themselves.
