Key results of the Transformation program of «Samruk-Energy» for 2016 were discussed on March 2, 2017 at the extended meeting of the Modernization council with the CEO of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC Umirzak Shukeyev.

Head of «Samruk-Energy» JSC Almasadam Satkaliyev informed on the implementation of the Transformation roadmap for 2016 and the completion of the 2 stage “Planning”.

Last year in order to shift from the strategic to the operational holding target model of the company was developed. New organizational structure and model from 800 target business processes have been created. Thanks to the planned actions the company has received tangible results. Thus, for example, the economic benefit from the implementation of the project on release of the inventory made KZT 4.9 billion.

The sponsors presented formed portfolio of 17 projects. Each of them has a key strategic goal of building a client-oriented, competitive operating holding.

Following the results of the extended meeting, Mr Shukeyev signed the Operational transformation roadmap for 2017 and approved the Forecast of the benefits and investments projects.
