Nurlan Zhakupov addressed the President of Kazakhstan, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde, highlighting promising areas for economic cooperation between the two countries.

Key priorities include the processing of critical raw materials, the development of transport and logistics infrastructure, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and financial services.

Particular emphasis was placed on moving beyond raw material exports towards the production of higher value-added goods, developing joint manufacturing facilities and introducing advanced technologies.

Samruk-Kazyna and its portfolio companies are ready to work with Belgian partners to implement joint investment projects, localise production and foster long-term partnerships.
