A meeting of the Board of Directors of Air Astana JSC was held under the chairmanship of Nurlan Zhakupov, CEO of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Astana.

The meeting reviewed key issues related to the company’s operations and development. Total revenue and other income for the first half of the year increased by 16.1% to $763.9 million. Passenger traffic reached 4.4 million.

The company continues to expand its international route network, particularly in China, India, Europe and Central Asia.

Air Astana JSC is the largest airline group in Central Asia and the Caucasus region by revenue and fleet size.
