Samruk-Kazyna hosted a strategic session attended by representatives of the Fund’s compliance function, its portfolio companies, and their subsidiaries.

Participants discussed key priorities for advancing the compliance function, recent amendments to anti-corruption legislation, further development of the E-Compliance system, and the implementation of new digital tools.

Particular attention was given to the use of international third-party due diligence platforms and the application of artificial intelligence solutions in compliance processes.

The strategic session served as a platform for exchanging experience, sharing best practices, and developing a unified approach to the further advancement of the compliance function across the Fund group.

The event also introduced Daniyar Shuzhenov as the new Head of Compliance at Samruk-Kazyna.
