The Chairman of the Board of Directors reviewed a report by KEGOC Management Board Chairman Nabi Aitzhanov on the company’s key areas of operation.

Revenue from core operations for the first six months of 2026 amounted to KZT 254.7 billion, up 33% compared to the same period last year.

The meeting also reviewed the implementation status of the company’s strategic investment projects aimed at developing Kazakhstan’s national power grid:

• The project to strengthen the power grid in the Southern Zone of Kazakhstan’s Unified Power System is progressing ahead of schedule. The project will increase the transmission capacity of the North–South corridor along the Almaty–Zhambyl route by 440 MW.

• The project to integrate Western Kazakhstan’s power system with the country’s Unified Power System is being implemented as planned. As part of the project, more than 600-km 500 kV transmission line is under construction.

Both projects are scheduled for completion in 2027.
