The parties discussed key aspects of Glencore’s operations in Kazakhstan’s mining and metals sector, as well as prospects for expanding cooperation.

Glencore is the majority shareholder of Kazzinc LLP, while Samruk-Kazyna’s portfolio company, Tau-Ken Samruk JSC, holds a 29.82% stake in the company.
