The agreement provides for attracting financing to complete the construction and commissioning of multidisciplinary hospitals in Turkistan and Petropavlovsk, with the facilities to be subsequently transferred to state ownership.
The agreement outlines joint efforts to attract oilfield service assets for projects in Kazakhstan, Türkiye, and third countries.
The memorandum establishes a framework for cooperation in the oil and gas sector, including attracting investment and the potential implementation of joint projects, including in Kazakhstan’s sector of the Caspian Sea.
The signed documents are aimed at strengthening investment cooperation and deepening the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Türkiye.
