On December 12, the first H&S Olympiad took place among the specialists of the Fund’s group of companies. The event brought together the best experts in the field of occupational safety, industrial and fire safety.

Opening the Olympiad, Gibrat Auganov, Managing Director of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, noted that safety is a part of professional culture and daily practice, not a formality. The participants demonstrated a high level of training, risk analysis and decision-making skills.

The program included knowledge testing, situational problem solving, blitz surveys, and team performances. Special attention was paid to modern approaches and real-world cases from production sites.

The winners of the Olympiad were Yevgeny Polomoshnov (NPP Shulbinskaya HPP LLP) - 1st place, Olgasyr Nauryzbai (Karaganda production branch of QazaqGaz Aimaq JSC) - 2nd place, Dmitry Pak (Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP) - 3rd place.

The practice of holding the H&S Olympiad will be continued and will become an annual event.
