A regular meeting of the Samruk-Kazyna Public Council was held under the chairmanship of Bolat Zhamishev regarding the results of the activities of QazaqGaz JSC for M9 2025 and future plans.

During the reporting period, the volume of gas sales to the domestic market was completed by 100%, amounting to 13.6 billion m3. The volume of gas sales for export amounted to 3.9 billion m3, which is 28% higher than planned. Over-fulfillment in the main gas transportation amounted to 7%, which is 4.3 billion m3 higher than the plan.

The national company also pays great attention to the gasification of the country.

On October 23, the official completion ceremony of the Taldykorgan–Usharal MG and 6 AGDS was held. The new gas pipeline will supply natural gas to 84 settlements of the Zhetysu region.

Modernization of one of the first transcontinental systems, CAC MG, is underway. This made it possible to increase the daily capacity of gas transit volumes from 18 to 22 million m3.

A socially significant and energetically necessary project is the construction of the 2nd line of the Beineu - Bozoi -Shymkent gas pipeline with facilities for the development of gas supply to the southern and central regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including gas supply to facilities such as Turkestan CCGT, Kyzylorda CCGT, Almaty CHP-2,3, etc., as well as to maintain (increase) export volumes to China.

It is expected that due to the projects completed in 2025, about 292.7 thousand people in 29 settlements will have access to gas. The gasification level will reach 63.8% (increase by 1.4%).
