During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation and developing economic ties.

Samruk-Kazyna develops partnerships with leading U.S. companies in key sectors of the economy. Major projects with Chevron and ExxonMobil (Tengiz, Karachaganak, Kashagan) are implemented in the oil and gas sector. The Wabtec Kazakhstan plant, which manufactures and maintains locomotives, operates in the transport industry.

GE equipment is used in the energy sector for digitalization and modernization of networks. The national carrier Air Astana operates Boeing 767 aircraft. In the mining sector, Tau-Ken Samruk and Cove Capital conduct joint research on rare metals.

Cooperation between Amazon Kuiper and Kazakhtelecom on the development of satellite Internet is also being established. In addition, this year Kazakhtelecom has launched the country’s second supercomputer powered by Nvidia H200 chips.
