The parties discussed current areas of cooperation and joint initiatives with the Fund’s portfolio companies, including those in the renewable energy sector. Particular attention was given to advancing the partnership established within the framework of the Kazakhstan–China Business Council, held on September 2 of this year.

They reviewed the progress of the Framework Agreement outlining the main parameters of the EPC contract for the construction of the North–South high-voltage direct current transmission line, as well as the Strategic Cooperation Agreement in the field of scientific research and digital transformation in Kazakhstan’s energy sector.

In addition, the meeting explored prospects for the implementation of a project to build a modern data center.
