The Head of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, Nurlan Zhakupov, met with Mr. Qiu Tiangen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Huadian Overseas Investment.

The parties discussed the prospects of cooperation in the field of electric power industry. The Fund is interested in sharing practical cases and technologies that are successfully used at the company's power plants and coal mines, Zhakupov said at the meeting.

Huadian Overseas is a subsidiary of the Chinese State Corporation China Huadian Corporation.

China Huadian Corporation is one of China’s largest state-owned energy companies engaged in the generation and supply of electricity and heat, as well as the development of renewable energy projects.
