Samruk-Kazyna JSC strengthens support for domestic businesses by providing equal access to procurement, concluding long-term contracts and introducing modern digital tools.

Since the beginning of this year, the companies of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group have concluded 6,169 contracts for the supply of goods with domestic commodity producers (DCP) for a total amount of KZT704 billion. 266 contracts of them are long–term - in the amount of KZT153.9 billion.

By the end of the year, it is planned to conclude contracts with DCP for KZT1.3 trillion.

Special attention is paid to offtake contracts. This is a reliable development tool for manufacturers, while for the economy, it is a way to strengthen the domestic market and reduce dependence on imports. For 7M 2025, 218 such contracts were concluded with domestic manufacturers in the amount of KZT124 billion (for reference: for the same period last year – 174 offset contracts for KZT84.1 billion). Today, 31 more applications for KZT73 billion are under consideration.

An electronic store skstore.kz, has become one of the key mechanisms for stimulating domestic business, launched by the Fund in 2023. Today, about 15.3 thousand SMEs are registered on the platform. Only in January-July, entrepreneurs received orders for KZT20.2 billion, including KZT5.8 billion from 572 domestic commodity producers.
