Samruk-Kazyna JSC (hereinafter – the Fund) has been publishing its Sustainability Report annually since 2016, continuing its commitment to providing transparent and open information to all stakeholders.

This is the Fund’s ninth stand-alone Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Governance Code and international non-financial reporting standards. The Report presents the results of the Fund’s and its portfolio companies’ activities for the 2024 calendar year across key sustainability dimensions — economic, social, and environmental.

The Report was approved by the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and has undergone independent assurance by an auditing firm, ensuring the quality and reliability of the information provided.

It has also passed a GRI Services check, confirming its full compliance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) methodology.

The Fund’s previous report (for 2023) ranked first in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Sustainability Report Rating (https://kase.kz/en/information/news/show/1537604) and received international recognition by winning the Asia Sustainability Reporting Awards for the best sustainability report in the public sector in Asia (Singapore, March 2025, https://www.csrworks.com/asra/winners-2024).
