The main facilities of the company near the city of Constanta were visited. Production indicators and development plans were discussed at the meeting.

KMG International, a subsidiary of KMG, owns the two largest Romanian oil refineries Petromidia and Vega, as well as a petrochemical complex where polymers are produced.

KMG International owns 54.63% of Rompetrol shares. Rompetrol is a large energy company operating in 12 countries.

Earlier it was reported that the plant for the production of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resumed operation at the Petromidia oil refinery, owned by KMG International, in May.
