Nurlan Zhakupov, the Head of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, introduced the new Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, Talgat Sagiyevich Aldybergenov, who previously held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Talgat Aldybergenov has an experience of over 35 years in the railway industry. He graduated with honors from Almaty Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in Transportation Organization and Railway Transport Management. He also has Master’s degree in Economics from RANEPA (Russia) (diploma with honors) and PhD in Economics.
