The Foreign Investors’ Council (FIC) is an advisory and consultative body chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

The Council was established to ensure a direct dialogue between the President of Kazakhstan and foreign investors. This contributes to improving the investment climate in the country and solving problematic issues.
