In January 2024, as part of the official visit of Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Italy, Samruk-Kazyna JSC and Maire Tecnimont signed a memorandum of understanding.
The parties discussed the prospects of cooperation.
Maire Tecnimont is one of the world leaders in the field of engineering and construction of production facilities in the oil and gas, energy and chemical industries.
