Samruk-Kazyna has become a new organization, included in Paryz National Confederation of Employers.

The document was signed at the Congress of the National Confederation of Employers (Entrepreneurs) of Kazakhstan.

Mr. Gilbert Houngbo, Director-General of the International Labor Organization, and Gibrat Auganov, Managing Director of the Fund, delivered welcoming speeches to participants of the Congress.

Gibrat Auganov shared the experience of the work done in the field of social stability with his colleagues.

He described the operation of a unique recruiting platform Qsamruk.kz, which helps to ensure transparent recruitment of employees.

He highlighted the issue of labor remuneration fairness and employees’ satisfaction with working conditions and social benefits.“We train ombudsmen, mediators, run the Trade Union Leaders School, and implement a large-scale program for the development of the youth branch of the group of companies. Together with the United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan, we introduce the Human Rights Due Diligence Procedure.

We pursue a gender policy by increasing the number of women leaders at all levels,” the Managing Director of the Fund said.

Participants noted the important achievements of the Fund as the largest employer in the country.
