We note the announcement made by Air Astana Joint Stock Company of its intention to publish a Registration Document and to expected intention to float on the Astana International Exchange, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange. This measure is a part of Samruk-Kazyna’s efforts toward implementation of the President Tokayev’s tasks and the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025.
