The Chief Executive Officer of the Samruk-Kazyna Fund, Nurlan Zhakupov, visited the Situation Center of JSC NC KTZh and got acquainted with the current state of monitoring of the main indicators of the center. N. Zhakupov noted the importance of the role of this structure in improving the management efficiency of such a complex structure as the national railway network. 

“The work of the Situation Center directly affects the level of efficiency of transportation management and the work of dispatchers. Especially now, in the hot summer holiday season which is also imposed on the season of maintenance and overhaul of the railway track. It would be extremely difficult without a situation center to ensure the timing of passenger transportation and cargo delivery in real time. And it would be certainly impossible to respond promptly to any crisis situations with the speed that today and modern standards of transport network management require”, - the Head of the Fund said. 

The Situation Center of JSC NC KTZh conducts daily operational meetings with participation of the management of Cargo Transportation, BND and other structural units, as well as subsidiaries and affiliates. Specific decisions are made on the management of the transportation process in an operational mode in the framework of these meetings.
