Samruk-Kazyna to Simplify the Procurement Procedure for Small Businesses

Now every entrepreneur in Kazakhstan can sell his goods to Samruk-Kazyna portfolio companies in 2 days without licenses and technical specifications through the electronic store SKstore.kz. It is a convenient platform for selling goods for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as a transparent and fast tool for buying goods for holding companies. The main difference from standard purchases (portal zakup.sk.kz ) – lack of licenses and technical specifications, which speeds up the process. Among other advantages:
● free online registration;
● the ability to place absolutely any product;
● lack of licenses and specifications;
● remote sale of goods - without leaving the office or home;
● quick agreement of the transaction and conclusion of the contract with the customer in 2 days (1 day for the customer, 1 day for the supplier);
● charging a minimum commission only for the actual sale;
● ability to track the progress of order approval, statistics and analytics.
For successful work in the electronic store skstore.kz, a potential supplier needs to go through a simple registration by signing a public offer using the EDS.
It is possible to carry out sales for each portfolio company in the amount ofup to KZT8 million for one type of product in 32 categories annually. In each category, in turn, there is a number of products. In total, this includes 11 thousand goods, works and services. A list of them can be found on the website skstore.kz. Also, the Fund’s companies can purchase in any category under the Special Procedure in the amount of up to 100 MCI (KZT345,000) annually.
