The Kazakhstan experts were invited to share their experience at one of the most significant global events in the field of occupational safety - the XXIII World ORP Congress on Safety and Health at Work (Occupational Risk Prevention), to beheld in Bilbao (Spain) under the motto “At Work: One Life, One Planet”.  

Issues of safety, leadership and culture of safe behavior at work, as well as issues of social and sustainable development in the global community were discussedwithin the framework of the large-scale event.

The topic of digitalization of processes in the OSH field is considered most extensively. The main trends today are digitalization, robotization, the use of artificial intelligence, as well as preservation of mental health of employees.

Batyr Kotyrev, an employee of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, shared his experience in implementation of automated digital solutions in the OSH on the example of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.

Viktor Podnebesny, ESG/HSE expert of the Samruk Business Academy, told at the congress about the process of joining and implementing the Vision Zero international initiative in Kazakhstan.

The congress gathered more than 1,300 delegates and 150 speakers of successful foreign associations and companies, such as the International Labor Organization, the World Health Organization, the International Social Security Association and others.  

The experience of Kazakhstan, which is walking with long strides towards integration with the world community, was highly appreciated both by the organizers of the event and its participants from different countries.
