Samruk-Kazyna JSC continues anniversary events in honor of the 15th jubilee of the group of companies and gives gifts to children. A new children’s playground was opened on the eve of the Nauryz holiday, on the territory of the specialized children’s home “Umit”, located in the administrative center of Zhambyl region.

There are 13 game structures and small architectural forms installed on a colorful playground with an area of 300 square meters. There are zones for various sports exercises and creative competitions.

More than KZT24 million has been allocated for the implementation of the project “Give Children a Smile!” in Taraz through the single charity operator of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies - Samruk-Kazyna Trust Social Development Foundation.

“Thanks to such social projects, children brought up in an orphanage feel not only the care and attention of society, but will also grow up to be a healthy and kind generation. I believe that our joint efforts will cause positive changes. My heartiest congratulations on the upcoming Nauryz holiday!” - Perizat Umbetali, the Deputy Head of the Department of Education of Zhambyl region said at the opening ceremony.

The project “Give Children a Smile!” allows children with disabilities and those left without parental care to grow up surrounded by the kindness of adults, in an atmosphere of happy childhood. It will also allow educators to organize effectively children’s free time, devoting time to educational work.

“Today, in the holy homeland of Zhambul, we are opening a playground for an orphanage. This is a wonderful event. People said: If you met an orphan - take him under your wing”. Recall that 4 children’s sports grounds were put into operation in the Mangystau region on the first day of the holiday “Korisu”, March 14. In total, 21 children’s playgrounds, each with an area of up to 1200 square meters, will be put into operation in Zhanaozen and the village of Zhetibai by the end of March.
