According to Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 16, 2023, No. 19 On Amending Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 17, 2008, No. 962 “On Measures on the Implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2008, No. 669”, Alikhan Smailov, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of the Fund consists of seven persons:

Smailov Alikhan Askhanovich – Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Suleimenov Timur Muratovich – First Deputy Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Kuantyrov Alibek Sakenovich – the Member of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Satkaliyev Almassadam Maidanovich – Member of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

Zhamishev Bolat Bidakhmetovich – Member of the Board of Directors, Independent Director of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

Sutera Luca – Member of the Board of Directors, Independent Director of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

Dudas Jon – Independent Director of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
