The youth of the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies gathered in sacred Turkestan. Three weeks ago, the Fund launched the “Zhas Samruk” challenge  for young professionals. About 2000 applicants from the group of companies expressed a desire to take part in the event. During this period, young specialists performed individual tasks in physical, emotional and intellectual areas. Following the results of the challenge, about 200 specialists received invitations to the youth Forum.

Representatives of 77 companies from different regions took part in the event on the sacred Turkestan land. On the first day of the Forum, young specialists from all over the country got to know each other through various games. The next day, divided into groups, we went to the Karavan-sarai, the largest tourist complex in Central Asia. A special educational quest game was organized here, aimed at popularizing traditions and customs.

Gibrat Auganov, the Managing Director for Public Relations, Social and Labor Relations and Occupational Safety of Samruk-Kazyna JSC participated in the event. Together with the youth, he took part in various competitions and shared his experience.

“The renewal of the consciousness of the younger generation begins, first of all, with the awareness of their identity and origin. Only by glorifying traditions and customs, the generation will delve into the past. Based on this, we are holding a Forum of young specialists on the sacred Turkestan land. So that young specialists of the member companies of the Fund get to know each other better, exchange experiences and soak up the history. The main thing is that every young specialist participating in the event should pursue one goal. That's why we decided to work together for the sake of common interests. Every brick that we are laying here now will be a big contribution tomorrow. I call for the creation of a common contact platform and joint implementation of good deeds on the path of development of our country, the Fund,” - Gibrat Auganov said.
