Samruk-Kazyna CEO Almassadam Satkaliyev held an online meeting with the employees of the Fund. More than 200 participants attended the event via videoconference.

According to the sanitary constraints, the online meeting allowed to cover all management and branch staff levels, including colleagues in foreign missions. 

Almassadam Satkaliyev outlined the significant priorities and directions of further development of the Fund, including decarbonization of portfolio companies, strengthening corporate culture, preparation for privatization of assets, and others.

Samruk-Kazyna CEO has stressed that the Fund's Development Strategy was being adapted and updated based on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, global trends, and the macroeconomic environment.

The largest holding company in the country is focused on three priority areas:
• investments in the economy of Kazakhstan; 
• implementation of strategic and socially relevant projects;
• regions support.

Sustainable economic development and the achievement of carbon neutrality are identified as primary priorities. 

Almassadam Satkaliyev thanked all employees for their contributions to the development and fruitful work. 

Responding to the employees' questions, the Head of the Fund told about the history of implementing significant projects – developing the leading oil pipeline system, modernization of the NEPS and other projects, and preparing sectorial state programs.
