Samruk-Kazyna CEO Almassadam Satkaliyev has announced the appointment of Mukhtar Mankeyev as the new Managing Director for Corporate Governance and Social Labor Relations. Mr. Mankeyev will succeed Mukhtar Tazhigaliyev, who will be transferred to Co-Managing Director for Asset Management. 

Mukhtar Mankeyev had previously served as the Chairman of the Council of the National Movement “Kazakhstan 2050”, Deputy Akim of North Kazakhstan region for industrialization, entrepreneurship, and tourism development, Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Science Fund JSC of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of Finnish Business Hub, Managing Director - Member of the Management Board of Astana Innovations JSC, Director of the Department of Technology Transfer of Center for Engineering and Technology Transfer JSC under the MINT RK. 

He graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University named after Zhangir Khan and the University of Oulu, Finland.
