18 May 2021, "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC held a working meeting to support new projects aimed at import substitution in the construction industry. 

Samruk Kazyna CEO Almassadam Satkaliev, the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan  Beibut Atamkulov, JSC "NMH "Baiterek" CEO Aidar Arifkhanov, representatives of the MIID, business and construction companies participated in the meeting. 

It will provide the domestic market of Kazakhstan with local building materials and replace the import - ceramic tiles, interior doors, and other goods widely used in construction. As it became known during the meeting, in 2021, it is planned to support 20 new import substitution projects in the construction industry, creating more than 4 thousand jobs.
