Activists of the SK Volunteer League of Volunteers distributed over 5,000 reusable protective masks to residents of five cities - Karaganda, Pavlodar, Shymkent, Almaty and Nur-Sultan.

People were greeted at the exit from shops and just on the street, reminded of the hygiene rules and handed masks. Masks were mainly given to those who were on the street without protection, pensioners and children.

“This is our initiative. First of all, we wanted to remind citizens of the need to comply with preventive measures, personal safety and mask regime. We have chosen high-quality and reusable masks so that they can be used repeatedly”,- said Aigul Smailova, HR specialist of the Center for Social Interaction and Communication.

Let us remind you that the league of volunteers SK Volunteer unites all caring employees of the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies and citizens of the country. Any citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan can become a volunteer by submitting an application on the website http://volunteer.sknews.kz/.

Volunteering in the group of Fund is carried out in four main areas: Qamqor assumes taking care of everyone who needs help, Umit - public volunteering, Asylmura - assistance in preserving the history of Kazakhstan, Taza Kazakhstan - contribution to nature conservation.
