Electronic auctions on disposition of 70% of shares of «Shelek-28» LLP and 90.0004% of shares of «Karagandagiproshaht and K» LLP, scheduled for June 2 did not come off. This is due to the fact that at the time of the start of trading only two members were registered.

«Shelek-28» LLP and «Karagandagiproshaht and K» LLP are assets of «Samruk-Energy» JSC. «Shelek-28» LLP is the project company for the production and sale of electricity from renewable energy sources. «Karagandagiproshaht K» LLP designs mines and sections of Karaganda and Ekibastuz coal basins.

The starting price of «Shelek-28» LLP at the beginning of trading was amounted to 121,000 tenge, «Karagandagiproshaht and K» LLP is 309 433 000 tenge.


It is to be recalled that in the framework of the Comprehensive privatization plan for 2016-2020 «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC implements 217 assets.
