«NC» Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» JSC has decided to re-auction 100% stakes in “Bas-Balkhash 2004” LLP, “MAK-Ekibastuz” LLP , “Center of Transport Services” JSC, “Rauan Burabay” LLP, “Magistral-Kyzmeti” LLP ,  50% stake in “KazElectroPrivod” LLP, and 90% stake in “Regional forward logistics”.

In addition, it has planned to sell 78.47% stake in the authorized capital of “Kazakhstan Wagon Manufacturing Company» LLP («Kazakhstanskaya Vagonostroitelnaya Kompaniya” LLP) and 51% stake in “Temir Zhol Electrification” LLP on November 11, 2016.

The starting price has been set as follows: for “Bas-Balkhash 2004” LLP-157 672 000 tenge, “MAK-Ekibastuz” LLP- 311 258 000 tenge, “Center of Transport Services” JSC-3 548 544 000 tenge, “Rauan Burabay” LLP-161 335 000 tenge, “Magistral-Kyzmeti” LLP-350 261 000 tenge, 50% stake in “KazElectroPrivod” LLP-301 250 000  tenge, and for 90% stake in “Regional forward logistics”- 853 691 000 tenge, 78.47% stake in the authorized capital of “Kazakhstan Wagon Manufacturing Company» LLP -2 973 438 000 tenge, 51% stake in “Temir Zhol Electrification” LLP-40 529 000 tenge.
