Prime Ministerof Kazakhstanand the Head of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC familiarized with the process of residential housing construction in Atyrau

On August 8, 2016, within the working visit to Atyrau, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov and the CEO of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC Umirzak Shukeyev visited residential complex «Zheruik» being constructed according to the Regional Development Program until 2020.

The Prime Minister familiarized with the process of project construction. As stated by the chairman of the Management Board of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC, the implementation of this project would provide affordable housing for 400 families in Atyrau. The total cost is more than KZT 3,4 billion, 75% of them is invested by «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC.

According to Baurzhan Mamytaliyev, director of Real Estate Fund «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC, it is planned the commissioning of the housing complex «Zheruik» in the current year. The construction is ahead of schedule and meets the required standards.

The new project is located in the environmentally-friendly zone with developed infrastructure and represents eight five-storied 25 residential houses (16 block-section). The total area of future housing is about 21 thousand square meters. There are different options of squares and layouts of the apartments and parking areas in residential complex.  All necessary communications are provided: central sewage network, central gas supply, private electrical substation, telephone and television networks, autonomous heating.

The chairman of Board of Directors of Direct Construction Service LLP Dair Erzhan has reported that construction materials (reinforced concrete products) were produced at house building factory of company. It provides Kazakhstani project support and consideration of local climatic conditions. Use of three-layer reinforced concrete panels decreases expenditures on energy consumption to 30-40 %. These construction materials are economical due to the construction speed of the building and expenditures for installation have higher bearing capacity, i.e. in the result of it, the real quality housing is constructed.

Residential complex «Zheruik» is the first project of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC on construction of affordable housing in Atyrau region within the Regions Development Program. Altogether about 400 thousand square meters will be realized in 2016-2018 in Almaty, Astana, Kyzylorda, Ust Kamenogorsk, Karaganda, Shymkent, Aktau, Atyrau according to this program.
