Whom to choose out of 330 thousand employees? We decided to send those employees who significantly contributed to the development of our facilities. These are our production workers, representatives of labor dynasties. I think it was a fair decision. After all, we respect the corporate memory of generations. These labor dynasties are the guarantee of pride for the profession,» the Managing Director of Human Resources Management  Ulan Tazhibayev told.

The total experience of Abubakirov family in “Kazatomprom” JSC group of companies is 212 years. Representatives of  Kirbayev family has been working in “Kazakhstan temir zholy” JSC for 563 years. The Kituyevs’ total length of employment in NC “KazMunayGas” JSC group of companies is 262 years.
