The Fund, over recent years, has been consistently introducing a transparent staff recruitment system. As a result, people believe in the openness of the system and the number of applications for vacancies has increased considerably. Two years ago, there were 400-500, now 3,600 applications. Ulan Tazhibayev, Managing Director for Human Resources Management, Member of the Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna shared some information about HR results and plans of the Fund at the XI International HR-conference.
