Kazpost JSC is a national postal operator of Kazakhstan. It represents Postal Administration of Kazakhstan at the Universal Postal Union (UPU), a member of the UPU Council of Administration since 2016 and serves as one of the core elements of the national infrastructure.
Kazpost JSC was established in 1999; the sole shareholder of the company is Samruk-Kazyna JSC since 2006.
Currently, Kazpost is one of the largest companies in Kazakhstan and has more than 22 thousand people employed across the nation.
Kazpost JSC has one of the broadest branch networks in the country that covers Kazakhstan’s territory, specifically in provincial districts and rural areas (more than 3400 post offices). The network is an effective tool to promote e-commerce, transportation and logistics services, agency services and financial services for businesses and individuals.
Kazpost JSC was among the first companies to join the transformation programme in 2014. The process of modernization and switchover towards high-quality services is vigorously continuing as part of the Transformation: the company is introducing new technologies in automation, optimizing its business processes, improving standards of customer service and introducing new types of services.
